Overview
Flying Wish Paper is the most unique way you'll ever make a wish. Simply write your wish on the wish paper, roll it into a tube, light it on fire, and watch in amazement as it literally flies into the air. They're an awesome way to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, or even 3rd Wednesdays of the month.
Flying Wish Paper is available in two kits which both include the wish paper, wish platforms, and pencils.
Mini kit includes 15 sheets of wish paper, 5 wish platforms, and one pencil. Large kit includes 50 sheets of wish paper, 25 wish platforms, and five pencils.

Each Flying Wish Paper kit includes everything you need to ensure that your wish for Primetime Glick to return to the airwaves is granted. You simply write your wish on a piece of wish paper, roll it into a tube, set it on the wish platform, light it with a match, and watch it fly!

Step 1: Record your wish on the wish paper
Whatever your wish may be, simply write it on the included wish paper. Each kit even includes a pencil for jotting down your wish. For example, you may write: "Clear 850 lines the next time I play Tetris". It's really up to you.
Begin by writing your most precious wish onto a piece of wish paper.
Step 2: Light the wish paper on fire
If you don't light your wish on fire, the chances of it coming true are about zero. So, strike a match and light the wish paper. But wait! Make sure you roll the wish paper into a tube and set it on one of the included wish platforms first.
These steps are necessary to ensure that your wish paper achieves liftoff.
Next, roll the wish paper into a tube and use a match to light it on fire.
Step 3: Watch it fly!
The wish paper will burn from top to bottom in about 5 seconds. As soon as the flame reaches the bottom of the wish paper, the paper will suddenly take flight.
Just as the wish paper is nearly burnt up, it will fly into the air.
Catch what's left of your wish paper on the wish platform
The earthly remains of your wish will float slowly back down after the wish paper has burned. We suggest catching it with your wish platform. However, it's completely safe to catch the ash with your hands. The remains are cool to the touch almost immediately after it has burned out.
You may choose to catch the burnt wish paper with the paper platform.
However, this isn't necessary from a safety standpoint. The ash is cool to the touch.

Frequently Asked Questions
Question: Is this product dangerous?
Answer: While anything having to do with fire is potentially dangerous, Flying Wish Paper is actually more safe than a traditional candle. Flying Wish Paper only burns for roughly 6-8 seconds. As it heads into the air, it is nearly finished burning and becomes cool to the touch almost immediately thereafter.
However, use common sense and follow the instructions on the packaging to ensure maximum safety.
Question: Can I use Flying Wish Paper indoors?
Answer: Yes. In fact, it is intended to be used indoors. Windy conditions outdoors will most likely knock over your wish paper.
Question: Why are there fewer wish platforms than sheets of wish paper in each kit?
Answer: Each wish platform can be used multiple times.
Question: Seriously, is Flying Wish Paper going to set my drapes on fire?
Answer: No. The paper itself does not have any accelerants or propellants added to it. So, as soon as the paper has completely burned (which occurs in about 6-8 seconds), there is no more "fuel" for the fire.
Question: How do I roll the Flying Wish Paper into a tube?
Answer: Just wrap the paper around your index finger and then set it on the wish platform.
Question: If the wish paper falls over while burning, won't it set the wish platform on fire?
Answer: No. This scenario has been tested over 1,000 times and there has never been an instance where the wish platform came even close to igniting.
Side note: If you've got nimble fingers, you can usually set the wish paper upright again if it has fallen over. Remember to blow out your match away from the wish paper. This is the most common reason for knocked-over tubes.
Question: Will it set off my smoke alarm?
Answer: No. Flying Wish Paper generates very little smoke. Extensive testing has never resulted in a smoke alarm being set off.
Question: Are matches included?
Answer: Matches are not included in order to allow the product to be shipped internationally and via expedited methods. Therefore, you will need to supply your own matches.
Question: Can I use the Flying Wish Paper to wish for more Flying Wish Paper?
Answer: That doesn't work with genies and it certainly won't work with Flying Wish Paper. Sorry.

As the Flying Wish Paper takes vertical flight, it is almost finished burning and is almost immediately cool to the touch after that. Check out our video to see it in action. Nonetheless, we do recommend lighting your Flying Wish Paper away from curtains as an extra precaution.
Do I have to use the wish platform?
Vat19 and the manufacturer recommend using the included with platforms on a flat surface. This will give you the best wish paper launch as well as protect the surface beneath the wish platform.

No. You must use the included sheets of "wish paper".

If you try to light the wish paper outside, there might be too much wind to keep the rolled up wish paper standing upright. You could light your wishes in a dark room so that the fire looks even more impressive.
How high does it go?
That partly depends on the atmosphere, but I'd guess about 5 feet or so.
Cant i just use newspaper? When it burns it flys up into the air. Simple as that i find an AD roll it burn it and my wish comes true! Cant that happen?
No, the wish paper is a special kind of paper that lights, takes flight, quickly extinguishes, and cools. You should not burn other types of paper - it won't have the same result and can be dangerous.
Can you use lighters instead of matches?
Sure. As long as the paper is ignited it doesn't matter what you use.
What happens if you don't use the platform?
While Flying Wish Paper can fly off of other surfaces, it doesn't always fly as well. The manufacturer and Vat19 recommend using the provided platforms as instructed. The platform should be used for the best launch and for protecting other surfaces. We wouldn't want marks to get on your furniture or scorch a table cloth!
Is this paper really gonna grant your wish? Ex: A guitar, fairies to give you as much wishes as you want?
We can't guarantee that all wishes will be granted, but we think there's a better chance when fire is involved. Hence the tradition of making a wish when you blow out birthday candles! As we learned in Aladdin, you can't wish for more wishes or unlimited wishes.
What is the wish paper made of?
The combination of materials used to make Flying Wish Paper is a trade secret and is patent pending. However, we do want to point out that nothing is added (no propellants, accelerants, or anything of any hazardous nature) to make the paper "fly".
can the wish paper be reused?
The wishing paper itself cannot be reused, because it burns up (hence making your wish come true). But the wishing platforms can be reused several times.
Can you use any other type of writing material?
You can use any sort of writing utensil, however it must be done on the paper included in the kit.
I wanted to split the mini kit with friend but there's not enough bases do you need a base or can u use card bord or something.
You can use a different base if you need to. The base is really there just to give the paper a level launching pad and to protect the surface of whatever is underneath.
Can I use normal paper to do it?
No, normal paper will not have the same incredibly ability to lift off like like the Flying Wish Paper.

You can write on the paper with anything you like, but reading it after being burnt would be difficult because the ashes are extremely fine and break apart almost immediately. Of course we love unicorns and rainbows.

Two questions. 1. If you light it in a room with a low ceiling and it touches the ceiling when it's still on fire, will the ceiling get on fire? 2. Can't you just use a candle lighter because i don't like matches.
You can use a lighter if you like. As for the ceiling, there is absolutely no threat of it setting your house on fire.

The platform does not fly like the Wish Paper and should not be set on fire.

We'd say that it's exactly as effective as throwing coins into a well or fountain when it comes to the wish being granted. Unlike dropping a coin in a well, however, Flying Wish Paper is a lot more entertaining!

The included paper feels a bit like tissue paper, but it's actually quite different. Regular tissue paper will not work.

Let's say that you have friend over. Both friends would like to use the wish paper. Will the paper still work if you cut the paper in half?
We haven't tried it, but we don't think it will work. You could always write your wishes on the same paper.
After setting the flying wish paper on fire do we throw away the burned paper away or do we keep it?
You can throw away the burned paper. If you wanted to, you could keep it as a sentimental keepsake. It doesn't look very pretty after it is burned though!
if the wish paper lands on carpet or clothing, will the ash of the paper smudge and leave marks?
It can smudge, but the "husk" of the ash is very easy to pick up and dispose. You can catch the ash in your hand (or on the platform or a plate) as it floats back down.
Do you sell refill packs? I would like more wishes without having to get more platforms or pencils... If not when do you think refills will be available?

Yes, the ashes are bio-degradable. Plus there is very little ash remaining, it virtually all dissipates upon lighting. Your pet eating this would be no different than if it ate an ash from any other piece of paper. Flying Wish Paper has no special/dangerous additive. But you probably don't want your pet to eat any ash, so it's best to avoid this.

To work correctly, Flying Wish Paper needs to be in the shape of a tube.

Give it a shot. I think you'll find that regular paper doesn't work as well (if at all).

We'd extend our condolences. The Flying Wish Paper isn't that hot and extinguishes itself very quickly, so unless your house is made of tissue paper you probably won't have to worry about that.

Probably not. The paper burns pretty quickly, so even if it were possible I don't see any way of quickly extinguishing it without potentially ruining the paper.

A lighter would work. Fire is fire and it doesn't really matter where it comes from.

The paper doesn't really burn hot or long enough to actually damage your home. If you don't want the flight path of your Wish Paper to be interrupted then you should turn off your fans.

Indeed you can, but that's not the same thing. The ritual aspect of writing out your desire on a piece of paper and watching it lift off and be consumed by fire has a deep psychological impact. We're not selling a science experiment; we're selling an experience to be shared.

When used properly, the Flying Wish Paper Kit is safe, and the only part that will catch on fire is the wish paper. The flame goes out almost immediately and the remains of the paper instantly becomes cool to the touch. Yes, we ship to Macau.

The paper can tear, but the included pencil works well and you can also use the included platform as a smooth writing surface. If it tears, it may not fly (or may not fly as well). It definitely works better if the Flying Wish Paper is intact.

No, nothing will catch on fire unless you live in a house that is either made of tissue paper or doused in gasoline. Not rolling the paper will just cause it to burn out on the launch pad.
